Established in 2008, The Center for Science, Technology, and Environment Policy Studies (CSTEPS) joined Arizona State University to offer a unique research environment for faculty, graduate students, and practitioners of science, technology, and environment policy issues.  

Located in the School of Public Affairs in downtown Phoenix at Arizona State University, CSTEPS is dedicated to training of a new generation of interdisciplinary social scientists committed to producing policy-relevant empirical research.  Much of our work is global, with several projects either located in other countries or focused on global trends and issues.  

We conduct our work by:
