E-Government in U.S. Cities: Enabling Participation or Reinforcing Tradition

Dr. Adrian Brown successfully defended her dissertation titled "E-Government in U.S. Cities: Enabling Participation or Reinforcing Tradition" at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Her dissertation used data from the CSTEPS technology in local government studies. Adrian's dissertation committee was chaired by Mary Feeney and Kelly LeRoux (UIC) and included Dr. Karen Mossberger.
