Congratulations to CSTEPS' Outstanding PhD Students

Contratulations to CSTEPS' PhD students, Rashmi Krishnamurthy for receiving the Outstanding Doctoral Student Award and Federica Fusi for recieving the Outstanding First-Year Doctoral Paper award.

Rashmi and Federica will be honored for their achievements at this year's School of Public Affairs (SPA) Annual Awards luncheon on April 29, 2015.
